We did an Agave Spirit Tasting with Mezcalier Luis Alba and it was incredible here! The experience is new so we ended up having the whole tasting room to ourselves. It was more than we even anticipated - we learned about the history of agave, agave spirits, and how its made and the spiritual and indigenous roots of agave and agave spirits. We tasted 5 different spirits, each were so different and fascinating. We even tasted cricket salt and hibiscus salt which were so good! Luis was full of knowledge and passion for mezcal and really brought the experience to another level. Def recommend this experience if you are into spirits.

Remarkable collection of local spirits and beers, and well made craft cocktails. Hard to imagine a better place to discover what’s going on with smaller local producers of mescal tequila and more.

Absolutely love El Tasting Room! Easily one of the most unique liquor selections I’ve come across in a long time.. with 100% Mexican products! Superb Tequila & Mezcal, of course, but some of tue most innovative gins, whiskey, artisan beers.. all shaken & stirred together with a passionate and knowledgeable bartender that made the best Paloma I’ve had in a looking time! A new favorite; hands down.
